Our Motherhood Mini Sessions have been an LRP staple for almost ten years! As a mother of two (grown kids!!!), I know how important it is to capture every single stage with our babies. From sweet snuggles, to fun giggles, to posed smiles, we capture the true love that binds you with your children. This isn't just for you and your children, feel free to book this special session with Grandma, too.

The Motherhood Mini Sessions will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025. This is a 20-minute session and includes 5 final images. The client may pre-purchase additional images at $50 each. Images are selected by Leigh Roth Photography.

Session fee due at booking.

PLEASE READ THE FULL SESSION AGREEMENT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING YOUR SESSION:

SESSION FEE: The Session Fee reserves your session date and includes the photographer's time and talent. The session will last no longer than 20 minutes and begins at the point where agreed services should start. Clothing changes are not permitted. Payment is due at the time of scheduling. If the session goes poorly, the Client may pay a $150 rescheduling fee to redo the session at a later date. MINI MOTHERHOOD SESSION includes 5 retouched digital images provided at high resolution. Images are selected by Leigh Roth Photography and will be available to the Client via download.

STUDIO SESSION RESCHEDULES: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the session. There is no guarantee that Leigh Roth Photography will be able to reschedule the session. A $100 rescheduling fee will be applied for sessions rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Session applicable for rescheduling must be rescheduled within 90 days of the original session or the Session Fee will be forfeited. Cancellations within 2 hours of the session, except for a medical emergency, will forfeit their Session Fee.

OUTDOOR MINI SESSION RESCHEDULES: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the session. There is no guarantee that Leigh Roth Photography will be able to reschedule the session immediately. A $100 rescheduling fee will be applied for all outdoor mini-sessions. The client may choose to reschedule for a Studio Session to avoid this fee. Session applicable for rescheduling must be rescheduled for a date within 90 days of the original session or the Session Fee will be forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, except for a medical emergency, will forfeit their Session Fee.

No Shows: Clients who are 30 minutes late to their session, without contact, will forfeit the Session Fee. Clients wishing to reschedule their session after this forfeiture will need to pay the Session Fee again.

Session Requests: Leigh Roth Photography will make every reasonable effort to take specifically requested photos. The client understands that a photography session is unpredictable to a certain degree due to the variety of the weather, available light, and willingness or availability of subjects. Leigh Roth Photography cannot guarantee that any particular requested photo will be taken.

Weather: Should weather present a problem, Leigh Roth Photography reserves the right to reschedule your session.

Cameras: No other cameras or photographers may be present during the session.

Digital Retouching: Color treatments, crops, and all other digital retouching are done at the sole discretion of Leigh Roth Photography. Except for changing a color photo to black and white, additional editing will be billed at $50 per half hour.

Proofing: Photos are selected by the Photographer.

Refunds: Session fees are non-refundable. If Leigh Roth Photography cannot perform this agreement due to illness, act of God, or other uncontrollable cause, the full Session Fee shall be refunded. Leigh Roth Photography shall have no further liability.

Archives: Leigh Roth Photography archives images provided to Client for ONE year. It is the Client's responsibility to complete their download within 30 days of receipt.

Copyright: All photographs remain the property of Leigh Roth Photography. The client may not alter any images received in any way. The client may not create derivative works from photographs. The client may not sell or profit from artwork by Leigh Roth Photography.

Release: Leigh Roth Photography reserves the right to publish photos in print and/or electronically. It is agreed that Leigh Roth Photography may use such photographs of Client(s) for any lawful purpose, including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
