Session Policies

Cameras: No other cameras or photographers may be present during the session. 

Digital Retouching: Color treatments, crops, and all other digital retouching is done at the sole discretion of Leigh Roth Photography. 

Cancellations/no shows: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no shows, with the exception of a medical emergency, will forfeit 50% of their Session Fee. Session fee is non-refundable but may be used toward another session fee within 1 year. 

Refunds: If Leigh Roth Photography cannot perform this agreement due to illness, act of God, or other uncontrollable cause, full Session Fee shall be refunded. Leigh Roth Photography shall have no further liability.

Mandatory Session Agreement must be completed prior to the session.
