Motherhood Mini Sessions
Our Motherhood Mini Studio Sessions are designed to honor the deep, beautiful bond between a mother and her children. Set in our light-filled studio, these sessions focus on connection, tenderness, shared laughter, and the love that only a mother gives. Professional hair and makeup are offered to help you feel confident, relaxed, and truly seen, allowing you to step into the session feeling cared for while we celebrate your love, strength, and the season of motherhood you’re in right now.

Mini Portrait Session
10 minutes - Up to 4 people - 3 fully retouched images
The Portrait Session is ideal for families who want a timeless, beautifully polished family portrait without the need for extended time or a variety of poses. This session is focused on classic, posed images with natural smiles, perfect for holiday cards, wall art, or updating family photos. One composite image is included in your session edits.

Mini Story-Teller Session
25 minutes - Up to 5 people - 12 fully retouched images
The Story-Teller Session is designed for families or couples who value authentic connection and organic moments. With a relaxed, lifestyle-driven approach, this session focuses on movement, laughter, and genuine interaction, capturing the in-between moments that tell your story in a meaningful way.

You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated mix of candid, storytelling images along with 1–5 lightly posed portraits for a well-rounded and cohesive gallery. One composite image is included in your session edits.

Why should I pre-book a mini session?
Mini Sessions are extremely limited and tend to sell out quickly. Pre-booking guarantees your spot before availability is gone and gives you first access to preferred dates and times. As a pre-booked client, you’ll also receive early-bird pricing, making it the best value for these highly sought-after sessions. If you’re hoping to secure a spot, pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Are the sessions refundable? What if I have to reschedule?
Mini Sessions are non-refundable due to their limited availability and high demand. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, I’m happy to accommodate you with a new date, based on availability, for a rescheduling fee. Outdoor mini session rescheduling will require a $100 fee. Studio mini session rescheduling will require a $50 fee. This policy allows me to keep session offerings fair and accessible while still providing flexibility when life happens.

Session Fee & Details
The Session Fee secures your session date and includes the photographer’s time and talent. Mini sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Sessions will not exceed the allotted time, and clothing changes are not permitted.

Full payment is due at the time of scheduling. If the session is performed and does not go as planned, the Client may choose to reschedule the session for a later date for a $150 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

The Session includes professionally retouched, high-resolution digital images selected by Leigh Roth Photography. Final images will be delivered via digital download.

Mini Session Reschedules & Cancellations
Requests to reschedule must be made at least seven (7) days before the session date. Availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed. A $100 rescheduling fee applies to all outdoor mini sessions. A $50 rescheduling fee applies to all studio mini sessions. Clients may opt to convert their session to a studio session to avoid the outdoor rescheduling fee. Any rescheduled session must take place within 90 days of the original session date, or the Session Fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the Session Fee.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive 15 minutes late without prior communication will be considered a no-show and will forfeit the Session Fee. Clients wishing to reschedule after a no-show will be required to pay a new Session Fee.

Session Requests
Leigh Roth Photography will make every reasonable effort to accommodate specific image requests. The Client understands that photography sessions are inherently unpredictable due to factors such as weather, lighting conditions, and the cooperation or availability of subjects. As such, Leigh Roth Photography cannot guarantee any specific image or pose.

Weather Policy
If weather conditions present a concern, Leigh Roth Photography reserves the right to reschedule the session. Every effort will be made to offer a rescheduled date that is convenient for the Client. Due to the limited nature of Fall Mini Sessions, availability cannot be guaranteed. If the Client is unable to commit to any rescheduled dates offered, the Session Fee may be applied toward any available mini session or a studio session.

Cameras
No additional cameras, recording devices, or photographers are permitted during the session.

Digital Retouching
All color correction, cropping, and artistic retouching are performed at the sole discretion of Leigh Roth Photography in accordance with our signature style. Requests beyond standard retouching—excluding conversion from color to black and white—will be billed at $50 per half hour.

Proofing
Images are selected by the Photographer. The client may select their photos through an online proofing gallery for a $75 charge.

Refunds
Session Fees are non-refundable. If Leigh Roth Photography is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, act of God, or circumstances beyond its control, the Session Fee will be fully refunded. Leigh Roth Photography shall have no further liability.

Archiving
Leigh Roth Photography archives delivered images for one (1) year. Clients are responsible for downloading their images within 30 days of delivery.

Copyright
All photographs remain the exclusive property of Leigh Roth Photography. Images may not be altered, filtered, edited, or used to create derivative works. Images may not be sold or used for profit.

Model Release
Leigh Roth Photography retains the right to use images from the session for portfolio display, studio marketing, social media, advertising, publication, and promotional purposes.
